Cancellation,Refund & Exchange Policy


    • AddOn reserves the right to cancel any accepted order prior to delivery at AddOn's discretion in the event of any pricing error or any material error in connection with your order or other conditions published in the AddOn Store relevant for your order, or if any further verification of your credit conditions or records so warrants. For the avoidance of doubt, AddOn will not be responsible for any pricing error or any material error as described above. If you have already made payment and your order is cancelled, AddOn will issue an appropriate refund or credit to your account, as may be applicable.
    • Once you have submitted your order, it is final and binding upon you. Without prejudice to the above, in the event that you request a cancellation of your order or return of your product prior to delivery, AddOn will consider your request but will have the absolute discretion to decide whether to allow the same. AddOn’s decision will be final and no appeals will be entertained. In the event that AddOn decides to allow your cancellation of the order or return of your product, AddOn has the right to charge you a cancellation fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the value of the order

Return & Exchange

To request or apply for a refund/exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 days from date of Self collection or Delivery. Our Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you thereafter. 

Return or Exchange can be done in our showroom @ 200 Victoria Street Bugis Junction, IT Zone on 3 #03-02-05 Singapore 188021


Please note the following conditions for exchange/refund :

1. Within 7 days of self collection or delivery

2. Valid Tax invoice or receipt

3. All free gifts and accessories must be returned in full packaging

4. Original packaging in good condition


If your refund is approved, you will get your refund back in the form of cheque within 2 working weeks.
Refunds will only be processed once we have received your item(s) in full.

Please note that Products fulfilled by must be proved to be faulty for refund request. 
We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind purchases once transaction is successful.
Request for refunds is at the discretion of the management.
