Corporate Account Executive (CAE)/Channel Sales Executive (CSE)

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with existing customers and acquire sales from new businesses/clients.  
  • Understand client business needs and objectives and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded. 
  • Monitor sales performance and work with clients to increase revenue and profitability. 
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and address any concerns or issues. 
  • Ensure all client information is accurately recorded in the system. 
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and account activity. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new products/services. 
  • Achieve the sales target assigned by Company. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment of strategy and effective communication with customers. 

Job Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required 
  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in corporate account management, sales, or business development 
  • Preferably have sales experience in the IT industry or other industries expertise  
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Required language: English 
  • Able to travel based on business needs (locally and overseas).
